Joy cometh in the Morning!
Take time in the morning to:
1. Do
2. Think
3. Listen
4. Look
5. Smell
6. Taste
7. Feel
These things raise the joy barometer to great heights.
Some examples are:
• Listening to beautiful uplifting music
• Smelling Flowers
• Meditating
• Watching a video highlight of my football team's best plays accompanied by music
• Exercise
• Taste some wonderful food
• Say Decrees & Affirmations
• Write in journal
• Do the W.I.G. process
• Read uplifting, positive material so you attract positive
• Listen to nature
• Do the "Play Nice" Process
• View the sunrise
• Do the "Joy" Process
• Think Happy Thoughts..."What's the best thing that can happen?
• Feel the Spirit of the Lord

There is a restuarant back east that does some interesting things when people come into to eat.
The hosts, waiters, and waitresses watch the visitors very closely and determine, on a scale of 1 to 10 the visitors joy and happiness level (Joy Barometer).
If a person was a 1 then the clear intention was to raise them to an eight, as so forth, by the time they leave the restuarant.
I have thought of this example many times and have put it into practice.
Here's the 123 Joy process:
1. Clear intention that I inspire those who I come in contact.
2. Determine the person's joy level.
3. Do the inspiring
-to higher levels of joy via love, service, sweetness and being (verbally and non-verbally)
